Hotel starting to look a bit tired in places. Staff always smiling and helpful.
Late Check out on the day of departure appears to be a secret until the night before. Why don't they just say $25.00 for a room for 30 minutes to shower and change, or $75.00 to have a room until departure to the airport. Would make the whole holiday much less stressful knowing it was sorted from day 1.
Fourth time here and it just gets better. Great food, service, accomodation.
A lovely holiday, at a lovely resort with so many actives to enjoy, wonderful staff, and great accomodation. We plan to go back again in the next 18 months.
Lovely resort, excellent staff, but afraid food let it down!
